Dealer Application

To become a BEI dealer you must meet the following criteria:

Your core business must be the design, sale and installation of AV products and systems.
You must have a DUNS number and a current and complete business and credit profile on file with Dunn & Bradstreet.
BEI will only do business with credit worthy firms with a favorable D&B rating. Firms with poor credit ratings will not be considered.
You must have a Federal ID number and resale certificate.
You must commit to a minimum purchase volume of $3600 per quarter.
The final approval of your application will be after you have been visited by our regional sales representative.

Terms and Conditions

The buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions for all sales transaction with Bloch Enterprises, Inc. (BEI):

Buyer agrees to pay for all products or services (including applicable service charges) when due, according to the payment terms set forth by BEI. All payments shall be made in us currency to BEI at its office located at 720 Middle Ground Blvd. Newport News, VA 23
The buyer agrees to pay a late fee of 1.5% per month from the date of invoice on all amounts not paid (including dishonored checks) in accordance with the established payment terms of the subject invoice(s). The buyer agrees to pay a service fee of $25.00 for each
If BEI is the prevailing party in any litigation for recovery of sums due from the buyer to BEI then BEI shall be entitled to recover from the buyer its reasonable attorney's fees and costs of suit. The location of any such litigation shall be newport news, o buyer's last known business address.
BEI reserves the right to cease the availability of its products, services or extensions of credit at any time without notice.
Each person, entity and consulting buyer hereby authorizes the release of all credit information and history from their business and personal creditors and debtors, including investment and lending institutions and brokers, and including any credit reporting agenc
Any "credit limit" established, agreed upon, utilized or recognized from time to time shall not limit the liability of the buyer for any amounts due for goods or services ordered from BEI and buyer hereby waives any defense of claim concerning such indeb
Buyer further agrees to be financially responsible for any and all services and goods manufactured pursuant to its orders. The buyer also agrees that it will not hold BEI liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to the application or misuse of any prthat orders for merchandise that is custom-made cannot be canceled or changed without the written permission of BEI and the buyer is therefore responsible for payment of said merchandise.
Acceptance of payment in arrears or partial payment shall not be deemed as a waiver of the right to demand prompt payment in full, or a waiver of any other right or remedy that BEI may have.
BEI reserves the right to require a current financial statement and / or personal guaranty before accepting any order or application for credit if it deems so required.
The buyer represents that the information contained in the credit application submitted by the buyer to BEI is true and correct as of the date of the signature of this application.

Product Warranty

BEI warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be suitable for form fit and function for a period of time in accordance with the schedule below. As new products are introduced they will be added to this schedule.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is effective upon date of shipment from BEI. All claims under this warranty must be accompanied by the original BEI "SO number", product serial number, the purchasers' original PO number and date o
All products returned to BEI must be done so with freight pre-paid and a BEI issued return authorization number displayed on the outside of the package.
This warranty is conditional provided that such products were installed and operated in accordance with BEI instructions.
The obligation of BEI is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of the defective product only.
This warranty does not cover damages, including but not limited to, those resulting from shipping, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to tobacco smoke, exposure to the weather, normal wear and tear, terrorism, sabotage, acts of God, or failure to foll
In no event shall BEI be liable or responsible for the act or expense of removal or installation of defective products, incidental, consequential or liquidated damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
